1️⃣ Do I need to make a Discord account?
Yes, to join the server, you’ll need to create a free Discord account. You can sign up at discord.com or through the Discord mobile app.
2️⃣ Is Discord free to use?
Yes! Discord is completely free to use. You don’t need a paid subscription to chat, trade, or join the server.
3️⃣ How do I join the Stewpins Club chat?
If you’re a Stewpins Club member, use the command:
/join_club
Then press enter to execute the command, a popup should appear, enter your coupon code to unlock the exclusive #club channel! If you need a reminder of what your Club coupon code, you can contact Stewart using one of the methods below under Contact Us.
4️⃣ Will I still get updates on Facebook?
Major updates and pin drops will still be posted on the Stewpins Facebook page, but the fastest way to see new product and event announcements as well as chat with other traders is right here on Discord!
5️⃣ What if I don’t know how to use Discord?
No worries! Discord is similar to Messenger but with different chat rooms (called channels). Feel free to ask for help in #introductions channel—we’re happy to guide you!
6️⃣ Can I use Discord on my phone?
Yes! Discord has a mobile app for iOS and Android, so you can stay connected on the go.
7️⃣ How do I message you directly on Discord?
You can send a direct message (DM) to me if you need help, and you can also tag me in the chat!
8️⃣ What’s the difference between channels?
Each channel has a purpose! For example:
- #general – Disney & pin talk
- #trading-post – Finding pins to trade
- #pinmail – Show off your latest pinmail arrivals
- #pin-events – Discuss upcoming pin events
