How do I earn points?

Every £1 you spend earns you 5 points (excluding gift voucher purchases). You need to have a registered account in order to earn reward points - guest checkout orders will not earn points. 

How do I spend points?

You'll find your points balance at any time when you log into your account.  

Each product on the website shows you how many reward points are needed to purchase that item but you can also part pay with rewards points as well. So, let's say a pin costs 1000 rewards points, you've got 500 points in your account, you can use those 500 points to reduce the cost of that pin!  Easy!

Your points never expire either - save them up for that big purchase!
