How do I get my discount?
Once you've signed up and received your welcome email, you can press the ACTIVATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP button to link an existing stewpins.com account to your membership. This will automatically apply your discount when you're logged in and viewing your cart before checkout, listed as "Membership Discount".
The shipping option still shows a price
When you're estimating your shipping cost, it will show the relevant price regardless. Once applied it will show the shipping method at £0.00.
Do I need to claim my monthly mystery pin in BingOPP?
If you're a Club Member with an active subscription, you do not need to claim your BingOPP spot in any way. If you would like spots in addition to this, you can claim spots on our Facebook post that we put out in the week running up to BingOPP.
Where do I find my BingOPP number?
You can search your name on list.stewpins.com to find your BingOPP number and any additional spots you may have purchased. Please note that this number changes every month as we randomise the list of names.
